2018年,鈞啓領導力研習社爲(wéi / wèi)快速發展的(de)電商行業企業-奮博集團設計實施了(le/liǎo)面向企業中層管理人(rén)員及其儲備人(rén)才的(de)“橙才計劃”。
In 2018, JLDS designed and launched its authentic “Chengcai Program” for Fenbo Industries Ltd., a rapidly growing e-commerce company, targeting its mid-level managers and their potential successors.
首先,通過充分的(de)前期調研,确定了(le/liǎo)包括高效對話、打造團隊、項目管理和(hé / huò)問題解決等四個(gè)關鍵主題并進行了(le/liǎo)課程設計。
Firstly, Extensive preliminary research was conducted to identify four key themes, including effective communication, team building, project management, and problem-solving. These themes were then incorporated into the course design.
其次,通過體驗式項目進行了(le/liǎo)參訓人(rén)員的(de)測評和(hé / huò)甄選,選拔了(le/liǎo)17名學員加入計劃,接受培訓。在(zài)爲(wéi / wèi)期9個(gè)月的(de)培訓過程中,運用了(le/liǎo)包括課堂培訓、導師輔導、夥伴支持、作業點評等一(yī / yì /yí)系列方法,對學員進行培養。
Secondly, a selection process was carried out through experiential projects to assess and choose participants. 17 individuals were selected to join the program and receive training. Over a 9-month period, JLDS employed various methods such as contextual training, mentorship, peer support, and assignment reviews to nurture the participants’ ability.
項目結束後,大(dà)多數學員得到(dào)了(le/liǎo)晉升,成爲(wéi / wèi)了(le/liǎo)企業核心骨幹,項目也(yě)得到(dào)了(le/liǎo)公司高層的(de)充分認可和(hé / huò)好評,并于(yú)次年設計實施了(le/liǎo)進階培訓“橙英計劃”。
Upon completion of the program, the majority of the participants received promotions and became essential assets to the company. Chengcai Program received high recognition and positive feedback from Fenbo’s senior management. Consequently, the following year, a more advanced training program, the “Chengying Program” was created and implemented.
