跨團隊協作在(zài)當今時(shí)代已經成爲(wéi / wèi)最爲(wéi / wèi)普遍的(de)組織工作模式，但令人(rén)遺憾地(dì / de)是(shì)，大(dà)多數協作都是(shì)高成本，低效率的(de)，極端情況下，甚至會出(chū)現協作結果與預期南轅北轍的(de)悲劇。讓協作的(de)過程和(hé / huò)結果都足夠“NICE”是(shì)每一(yī / yì ／yí)位管理者都真心期待的(de)。

     Cross-team collaboration has become the most common work mode in today’s era. However, it is regrettable that many collaborations are costly, inefficient, and sometimes even result in outcomes contrary to expectations. Making the process and outcomes of collaboration "NICE" (i.e., cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with expectations) is a genuine aspiration for every manager.

       想實現NICE的(de)跨團隊協作，要(yào / yāo)從四個(gè)方面去思考和(hé / huò)采取行動。避免消極的(de)假設是(shì)最基礎的(de)方面，很多協作還沒有開始就(jiù)已經宣告了(le／liǎo)艱難和(hé / huò)失敗，消極的(de)假設“功不(bù)可沒”。其次是(shì)要(yào / yāo)樹立正确的(de)理念，對協作有正确的(de)認識才可能産生正确的(de)做法，現實中有三個(gè)大(dà)坑總會讓人(rén)跳進去還不(bù)自知，最終緻使協作事倍功半。再者就(jiù)是(shì)協作聯系人(rén)的(de)重要(yào / yāo)性不(bù)應該被忽視，一(yī / yì ／yí)樣的(de)事不(bù)同的(de)人(rén)去做，結果就(jiù)會大(dà)相徑庭。讓協作各方全情投入也(yě)是(shì)NICE的(de)關鍵，這(zhè)其中還有七個(gè)關鍵步驟需要(yào / yāo)一(yī / yì ／yí)一(yī / yì ／yí)落實。

     To achieve NICE cross-team collaboration, we need to take action from four perspectives：
     First is to avoid negative assumptions, as they contribute to many failed collaborations by overly picturing potential challenges before the beginning. 
     Second is to establish the proper mindset, as a correct understanding of collaboration leads to appropriate actions. 
     The third aspect is recognizing the importance of collaboration contacts. There are three common pitfalls that often trap people and result in suboptimal collaboration outcomes. We ought not to overlook people's role in collaboration, as different individuals can yield vastly different results when given the same task. 
     Moreover, engaging all parties in collaboration is also a key factor. Among this there are seven crucial steps to be implemented.
